Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration
To access mojili's gaming services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) mojili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. mojili employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mojili reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
3.3 Account Security

3.4 KYC Verification

You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation before withdrawals are processed. mojili reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
mojili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
mojili does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though mojili reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. mojili reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within one to three business days.
4.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. mojili reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
mojili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only;
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms;
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if requirements are not met within the specified period;
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms;
- mojili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available in the individual game information panels.
By participating in any game on mojili, you acknowledge and accept that:
- The outcome of all games is determined by chance and certified RNG systems;
- The house edge is a standard feature of all casino games and is not a form of manipulation;

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mojili platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;

- Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.

9. Account Suspension & Termination
mojili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith;
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) months;
- At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting mojili support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mojili's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the mojili platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mojili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the mojili platform, even if mojili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
mojili does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. mojili shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond mojili's reasonable control.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the mojili platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting mojili's customer support team. mojili will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
12. Amendments to These Terms
mojili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mojili will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice to registered players via the contact details on file. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the mojili website.
Your continued use of the mojili platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the mojili platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 above.
